Terms of Service

Your account

• Give accurate details and confirm your email address.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Workspace owners and admins control who joins their workspace and what each member can do.

Plans, trials and payment

• New workspaces start with a free trial of the Starter plan. No card is needed for the trial.
• Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change applies to your plan.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.

Your content

You own the posts, images, designs and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only as needed to provide the service, for example to send a scheduled post to the channel you chose. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and publish.

Templates and artwork we provide may be used in the posts you make with PostMarga, but not resold or redistributed as templates.

Connected channels

When you connect a social account, you allow PostMarga to post and read results on your behalf. You must follow each platform's own rules. Platforms can change or limit their features at any time, which can affect what PostMarga can do; we are not responsible for their decisions or outages.

Acceptable use

Do not use PostMarga to:

• post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading or infringing;
• send spam or run fake or deceptive accounts;
• break, overload or probe the service, or get around its limits;
• access other people's data or accounts without permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first.

The service

We work to keep PostMarga running and posts going out on time, but the service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every post will publish exactly when scheduled. Check important posts on the platform itself.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PostMarga is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using PostMarga at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may close accounts that break these terms or stay unpaid. After an account closes, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they apply. Continuing to use PostMarga after that means you accept the new terms.
