Delete your data

Disconnect a Facebook Page, Instagram account or other channel

1. Log in to Post Marga and open Channels.
2. Find the Page or account, choose Remove (the bin icon) and confirm.

Post Marga stops posting to it straight away and removes the channel and its scheduled posts from your workspace. Posts already published stay on Facebook or Instagram, where you can delete them yourself. To have every stored detail of the channel erased as well, including its access token, ask us to delete your data (below).

Remove Post Marga from Facebook or Instagram

You can also remove our access from Facebook's side, with or without a Post Marga login:

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
2. Find Post Marga and choose Remove.

This ends Post Marga's access to your Pages and the Instagram accounts linked to them. Then email us (below) if you also want the data we stored deleted.

Delete your account and all your data

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Post Marga account”. If you connected through Facebook and don't have a login, include the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account.

Within 30 days we delete:

• your account details and workspaces,
• the access tokens and details of every connected Page and account,
• your scheduled and draft posts, designs, uploaded images and videos,
• any insights we fetched from Facebook or Instagram.

We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices. We email you to confirm when the deletion is done.

Emails from the free tools or the waitlist

Reply to any email from us, or write to [email protected], and we remove your email. See the Privacy Policy for everything we collect.
